He is a seasoned sales professional with a management background and has a overall work experience of  20+ years out of  which 17 years is exclusively in Oral Care Sales & Marketing. He was responsible for Oral care category professional & Influencer marketing strategy & building organization capability. He led South & West regions for Driving Professional usage & recommendation leading to increased retail sales & profitability for Oral care business. He worked closely with 2 brand managers during his short term Assignments in Colgate which helped him gain sound knowledge in Consumer marketing  & Supply Chain Management.  He has good experience in Channel Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development & Team Management.

He truly believes in forging & maintaining healthy relationships with Dentists & Professional bodies which help understand the ever evolving patient needs and thereby tailor the product offerings for better treatment outcomes.

He previously worked for Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Colgate-Palmolive (I) Ltd, Oral-B & Nobel Biocare India Pvt Ltd in various capacities.

20+Years of experience in field of Sales , BPO, Digital Marketing and BTL marketing, Shekhar has handled clients like P&G, HUL, BMW, AGILENT, McCain Foods, AIRTEL, VISA, QUAKER, BLAUPUNKT, WELLA, ORAL-B, ETC. Retail and BTL constituted major part of his career. Previous organizations he worked was CPM (Omnicom Group agency), The Links India & GE.

He also worked as Country Head TRO (a CPM India group company) worked on some award-winning campaigns like “kindnessiscashless for Visa, “Fuelfortherealfit for Quaker etc.

He also moonlights as leather crafter and spends free time making Luxury handstitched leather bags.
